They have decided to use the sales method of an auction and Trice Auctions to make the process as smooth as possible. We always have the honor of selling the personal property which includes a 4-post car lift, landscape trailer, zero turn mower, furniture & more (this will be a separate auction and is not including with the home purchase)

Please be sure to read the terms prior to bidding, also be sure to view the documents section. There will be a required $5000 deposit within 24 hours of the auction closing, this money will be used toward the final settlement. Total price = hammer "top bid" price + 3% buyer's premium.
